How CrossUp Works
CrossUp sits between your catalog and your shopper. Three things travel — always in the same direction:1
Feed the catalog
Your product catalog and orders flow into CrossUp through a native platform connector (Tiendanube, Shopify) or a custom connector you build with the connector protocol.

Request a decision
When a shopper reaches a buying moment — a product page, the cart, checkout — your store asks CrossUp which products to show. The response includes titles, prices, images, and stock. No second request needed.

Send signals back
When a shopper sees, clicks, or adds a recommended product to their cart, you send a signal back to CrossUp. This closes the feedback loop and improves future recommendations.
